Hon'ble Supreme Court Judgement

Hon'ble Supreme Court Judgement

The Hearings for NEET Paper Leak Case Was Held on 8th, 18th, 22nd, 23rd of July 2024 and after listening to all pleas and rationalizing it, the Hon'ble Supreme Court gave it’s judgement on 23rd July 2024.

Hon'ble Supreme Court Had the benefits of having data from National Testing Agency (NTA), with benefit of having the data analyzed by IIT Madras, also, AIIMS Delhi Physics Professor for one Physics Questions Query and CBI for Investigation for paper leak of NEET Examination.

The Dr. Dhananjaya Yeshwant Chandrachud, the Chief Justice of India(CJI) was the Jurist and it was in his presence the Hon'ble Supreme Court held it’s meeting for NEET Paper leak Case.

What Did Hon'ble Supreme Court Say?

The Final Verdict given on 23rd July 2024, 5 pm in Evening, was heard clearly by millions on internet and all present there live and

Hon'ble Supreme Court’s final judgment was No Re Exam for 2.4 million students as the data given by NTA and CBI do not justify widespread paper leak and in report of CBI they mentioned that they can Segregate the Beneficiaries and Non Beneficiaries and hence, the final Judgement as to No Re Exam for 2.4 million students was announced.

Along with that, it was announced that in Physics the Query Question of Atom only the option 4 will be considered correct but the one’s who attempted that question and answered option 2 will not be given any negative marking and due to this around 4.4 lakh student’s marks are going to be affected and results will be republished soon.

Why Did Hon'ble Supreme Court gave this judgment?

Hon'ble Supreme Court gave this judgement because rationally the evidence of widespread leak was not present at the moment and CBI in their report mentioned that they can differentiate the Beneficiaries form Non Beneficiaries so to hold an Examination even for qualified is not reasonable.

Furthermore, if we take examination again on the basis of present reports there will be too much delay in medical colleges schedules as a result there can be deficiency of Doctors in coming years and it can be ill for country and Hence on the Basis of Present Evidence and Reports RE-NEET or RE- Examination is not Reasonable.

Also, if in Future any Beneficiaries is/are caught there will be a strict action on them at any stage.

What Should We Do?

We should not be sad about this Judgement or be rude and walk up against them because it was quite reasonable on the basis of evidence and proofs provided at the moment and even if we were to make any rational judgment based on proofs provided I’m sure we would have come to similar conclusion.

Also I understand that there are many feelings and emotions attached with such judgments but I also understand that in Hon'ble Supreme Court Emotions are not the basis of Judgments but Facts and Proofs are and Considering it, the Judgement was Rational.

We any which ways have to accept it and move on for our future rather then clinging to it for any long for that wouldn’t produce any good for any of us or society we live in and life is filled with such rational decisions were we have to hurt ourselves or other’s feelings for not making things Worse then they already are and so We have to Think of Future and move on as soon as possible.
