What was the Claim of Petitioner?
The
NEET Aspirant in Nagpur took his Claim about two questions being out
of syllabus questions in NEET Examination 2024 in Bombay High Court.
Nagpur’s
Shaureen Ambatkar, represented by Senior Counsel Akshay Naik and assisted by
Rohan Deo, claimed that one Question from Physics and one Question from
Botany was not part of syllabus in Examination of NEET 2024.
What was the Response of Court?
In
Response, a division bench present at the moment constituted two committees
of experts from top Nagpur Colleges to examine the validity of the claims.
Before
dismissing the hearing for the day the date of August 9th 2024
was order by panels and committees was directed to submit findings by August 8th
2024
What may happen?
The Hon’ble
Supreme Court has granted the liberty to petitioners to approach the high court
if further discrepancies arose.
The
Supreme Court of India upheld the decision to not Cancel NEET UG 2024 Examination,
however, it gave us our right to confront respective High courts if there are
any problems regarding the Examination of NEET UG 2024 Examination. The Answer
to this Question as to What may happen still remains unanswered till the date of August
9th 2024.
